Recorded Class Option

For Students outside the Pacific Time Zone,

We want this to work for you!

Our Guidelines:

Couples that are 2 hours or more outside the Pacific time zone will be allowed to join the class and view the Class Recording on a night and time convenient for them.

Both husband and wife must agree and be committed to completing the course according to our Training Hearts “Recorded Class Option" Guidelines” as listed below. 

It is our commitment is to train parents who desire and are committed to growing in their biblical and ordained parenting roles.  This is accomplished through instruction in the Training Hearts for Jesus biblical parenting course along with the parent’s commitment as follows:  

• Both parents must agree that God has designed the family unit by placing both parents, father and mother, as the loving authorities over their children to train their hearts and minds in obedience to Matthew 22:37-40. 
• We ask that parents pray together about their decision, as this is a spiritual commitment that should be made before the Lord.
• We require that you as a couple, will dedicate one specific day and time of the week to participate together in the class keeping up with the class schedule, and let us know what the day of the week will be.
• We require that you and your spouse be as committed to this course as those who are attending the live Zoom by accomplishing the following: 
• Watch the Shepherding a Child’s Heart video found in your course library each week. 
• Accomplish the written THfJ homework (together is best, but if each spouse prefers having their own binder of homework to work through independently, that is also acceptable. The goal is for both to be faithful to do the written weekly work found in your course library each week. 
• Each spouse must independently complete the reading homework from the two textbooks (Shepherding a Child’s Heart and Child Training Tips), to be purchased separately.
• and the THfJ weekly course homework must be accomplished. This can be completed as a couple or may be done individually, as long as both parents have been engaged in accomplishing the weekly homework.
